1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VoiceBox Studio's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

VoiceBox Studio provides professional recording, mixing, and mastering services for cover singers, YouTubers, and content creators. Our services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed in advance
• Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may incur a fee
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Respect studio equipment and facilities
• Provide necessary materials (lyrics, backing tracks, etc.) in advance
• Follow studio guidelines and engineer instructions

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original content. VoiceBox Studio retains the right to use excerpts of recordings for promotional purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

6. File Delivery and Storage

• Final files will be delivered within the timeframe specified in your package
• Files are stored for 30 days after delivery; additional storage may incur fees
• We are not responsible for lost files after the storage period

7. Limitation of Liability

VoiceBox Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Services already rendered are non-refundable. Equipment malfunctions or studio issues will be addressed with rescheduling or appropriate compensation.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cebu City, Philippines.
